Rules 1801 to 1809. Rescinded June 3, 1994, effective July 1, 1994

    Note: Rules 1801 through 1809 were promulgated to implement the Act of October 15, 1975, P.L. 390, No. 111, 40 P.S. § 1301.101 et seq., the Health Care Services Malpractice Act. The rules have been rescinded in light of the arbitration procedures under the Act having been held unconstitutional in Mattos v. Thompson, 491 Pa. 385, 421 A.2d 190 (1980) and Heller v. Frankston, 504 Pa. 528, 475 A.2d 1291 (1984).
