Rule 1461.1. Rescinded March 11, 1991, effective July 1, 1991

    Note: All statutes suspended by former Rules 1451 through 1462 were subsequently repealed except

    (1) Section 8355 of the Judicial Code, 42 Pa.C.S. § 8355, which remains suspended by Rule 1023(c),

    (2) the Act of 1881 which remains suspended by Rule 1068(b), and

    (3) the Act of 1889 which remains suspended by Rule 1100.
