Rule 1410. Rescinded March 11, 1991, effective July 1, 1991

    Note: All statutes preserved by former Rules 1401 through 1412 were subsequently repealed except

    (1) the Act of 1895 which remains preserved by Rule 1068(a)(1),

    (2) the Act of 1901 which was repealed and reenacted in 1963 and is preserved by Rule 1068(a)(2),

    (3) the Act of 1925 but which remains preserved by Rule 1088(1), and

    (4) the Act of 1931 which is preserved by Rule 1088(2).
