Form 6 Complaint for money paid by mistake

    Defendant owes plaintiff ten thousand dollars for money paid by plaintiff to defendant by mistake on June 1, 1950, under the following circumstances: (here state the circumstances with particularity--see Rule 9.02).

    Wherefore plaintiff demands judgment against defendant for the sum of ten thousand dollars, interest, and costs.
