Rule 58(c). Enforcement of judgment; special writ
The court shall cause the judgment to be carried into execution. When the judgment is for personal property, and it is shown by the pleadings and found that the property has a special value to the plaintiff, or prevailing party, the court may award the plaintiff, or prevailing party, a special writ for the seizure and delivery of the property and may, in addition to the other relief granted, enforce its judgment in the manner provided by law.
