§ 51.12 Failure of Clerk to Transmit, or Loss of, Record--Proceedings

51.12. Failure of Clerk to Transmit, or Loss of, Record--Proceedings

    Failure of the clerk to transmit the papers or transcript, or the loss of the same, shall not operate as a discontinuance of the civil  but copies may be furnished and filed.
