§ 684.310. Wage garnishment; applicability of service provisions

    Except for Sections 684.130 and 684.140, the provisions of Article 1 (commencing with Section 684.010) and Article 2
(commencing with Section 684.110) do not apply to service under Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 706.010) of Division 2 (wage garnishment).
