RULE IX. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND REPORT OF REFERRALS

    Each panel member will be sent a Monthly Lawyer Referral Service Report on the 15th of each month. The panel member should complete it by indicating the status of each case and remit any fees due the Service and return it to the Bar within thirty (30) days. Failure to return the report within the time specified may justify the service in removing the member from the panel. Nothing herein will require any attorney to violate the attorney-client privilege.
