RULE VI. REMITTANCE FEE STRUCTURE

    If there is compensation for further services on Regular Panel cases, the panel member agrees to remit 10% of any attorneys' fees to the Service. All fees should be remitted with the Lawyer Referral Service Monthly Report. The 10% remittance fees are NOT required for referrals on the Low Fee, Elderly, Disability Law, and AIDS Law Panels, and for bankruptcy and Social Security cases.
