2.01. Administration

    (a) BLSE. The BLSE bears ultimate responsibility in the certification of applicants. Its involvement, however, should be no more extensive than necessary to ensure minimum standards of the plan are met and there is uniformity among the committees. (4/27/82)

    (b) Certification Committees. A committee shall be appointed for each certification area approved by the Supreme Court of Florida. The duties of each committee shall include but not be limited to:

        (1) recommending the issuance, renewal, or denial of certificates;

        (2) reviewing applications;

        (3) establishing testing procedures;

        (4) preparing, overseeing, administering, and grading the examination; and

        (5) performing other duties deemed appropriate.
