Rule 7. Time for Appeals

    All appeals allowed under these procedures shall be commenced by mailing the required items to Ethics Counsel, The  Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2300, within 30 days of the date on the notice of the action that is the subject of the appeal. Failure to timely commence an appeal shall bar the appeal.
