577.206. Flightcrew members, implied consent to chemical tests--implied consent limited to two tests for same incident

    1. Any person who operates, or acts as a flight crew member of, any aircraft in this state is deemed to have given his or her consent to chemical testing of his or her blood, breath, or urine for the purpose of determining the alcohol or drug content of the blood. The consent shall be deemed only if the person is detained for any offense allegedly committed in violation of sections 577.201 and 577.203 or if any officer requests chemical testing as part of an investigation of a suspected violation of state or local law. The test shall be administered at the direction of the law enforcement officer.

    2. The implied consent to submit to the chemical tests shall be limited to not more than two such tests arising from the same incident.
