577.090. Powers of law enforcement officers--limited powers of conservation agents

    Any law enforcement officer shall and any agent of the conservation commission or deputy or member of the highway patrol, water patrol division, may enforce the provisions of sections 577.070 and 577.080 and arrest violators thereof; except that conservation agents may enforce such provisions only upon the water, the banks thereof or upon public land.
