34-31-6-0.2 Application of certain P.L.241-1993 amendments

    Sec. 0.2. The addition of IC 34-4-43 (before its repeal, now codified in this chapter) by P.L.241-1993 applies only to a cause of action that accrues after April 30, 1993.
