Rule 1.162. Briefs

    Briefing time and sequence shall be determined by order of the Chief Justice, on oral motion of the party taking the appeal.  A copy of the order shall be mailed by the clerk of this Court to all parties to the appeal or their counsel. The form and content of the briefs shall comply with Rules 1.10 and 1.11.
