Rule 1.75. Definitions

    (a) Definition of “Tribunal”. The word “tribunal”, as used in this Part of the rules, shall mean any court, agency, board or commission, other than the district court, from which an appeal may be brought to this Court.

    (b) Definition of “Decision”. Any appealable action of the tribunal shall be referred to as “decision”.
