Rule 1.63. Content of petition in error and response in the appeal of an interlocutory order appealable by right
(a) Contents of Petition in Error. The caption of the petitioner in error shall correspond with the sequence in which the designation of the parties appeared in the trial court case. 20 O.S.1981 § 3002. The petition in error shall follow Rule 1.301, Form No. 5. If a cross or counter appeal is taken, that party shall file a petition in error using this form and no other.
(b) Response and Entry of Appearance. Within ten days after the filing of the appellant's petition in error in the Supreme Court, the appellee shall file a response in the Supreme Court which shall follow Rule 1.301, Form No. 6. The appellee must file an entry of appearance with the response. See Rules 1.5 and 1.25. If cross-appeal or counter-appeal is taken, a response
using Rule 1.301, Form No. 6, shall be filed within ten days of the date the cross-appeal or counter-appeal was filed.
