21.670. Receipted bill for fees

    An officer receiving fees for any official services must, upon demand, give the party paying the same a receipted bill thereof, specifying the items of such fees.

    REPEAL

    This section repealed by Laws 2011, c. 595, § 114, eff. July 1, 2011, operative Oct. 1, 2011.
