21.580. State, county and city exemption from certain fees

    None of the fees prescribed in ORS 21.325 for services in the circuit court shall be collected from the state or from the county in which the court is located or from a city in the county in which the court is located.

    REPEAL

    This section repealed by Laws 2011, c. 595, § 69, eff. July 1, 2011, operative Oct. 1, 2011.
