§ 21.335 Disposition of circuit court fees

21.335. Disposition of circuit court fees

    Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, all fees collected by the clerk of a circuit court shall be deposited in the General Fund available for general governmental expenses.

    This section repealed by Laws 2011, c. 595, § 114, eff. July 1, 2011, operative Oct. 1, 2011.
