34-24-1-0.1 Application of certain P.L.3-2002 amendments

    Sec. 0.1. The amendments made to section 1(a)(10) of this chapter by P.L.3-2002 apply only to offenses committed under IC 35-42-4-4, as amended by P.L.3-2002, after June 30, 2002.
