34-18-10-8 Panelists to be members of defendant's profession

    Sec. 8. If there is only one (1) party defendant who is an individual, two (2) of the panelists selected must be members of the profession identified in IC 34-18-2-14(1) of which the defendant is a member. If the individual defendant is a health care
professional who specializes in a limited area, two (2) of the panelists selected must be health care professionals who specialize in the same area as the defendant.
