25-14-303. Service of notice

    The notice specified in 25-14-302 must be served upon the plaintiff or the plaintiff's agent or attorney at least 1 day before the hearing of the application. If the plaintiff is not a resident of the county and does not have an agent or attorney in the county, the notice will not be served.
