25-10-206. Secretary of state's fee for accepting service of process

    The fee paid by the plaintiff to the secretary of state pursuant to part 6 of chapter 3 and Rule 4D(6), M.R.Civ.P., must be taxed as part of the plaintiff's costs if the plaintiff prevails in the action.
