34-6-2-48.3 “Foreign judgment”

    Sec. 48.3. “Foreign judgment”, for purposes of IC 34-54-11, means any judgment, decree or order of:

    (1) a court of the United States; or

    (2) any other court that is entitled to the full faith and credit of Indiana.
